Founded in 1974, Leeuwin Estate is now numbered among the finest domaines in the world and has achieved a remarkable reputation for quality.

In 1972 the legendary American winemaker Robert Mondavi, identified the future site of the now World famous  Leeuwin Estate.

Leeuwin Estate evolved under the direction of Denis and Tricia Horgan with Robert Mondavi acting as consultant and mentor. Maintaining a team of highly skilled and dedicated winemakers and now under the direction of two generations of the founding family, Leeuwin Export to over 30 Countries.
